Memorial Funds Application Form

The Memorial Fund receives its donations in memory of members, friends and family associated with our Congregation.  Annually the interest is used to enable individuals or groups to make a difference in our community. Applications for funds for Social Action endeavours will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, and recommendations brought to the congregation for a vote at the Annual General Meeting in May.  MemorialFundsAppl.Form
