Sunday April 1st The Fool’s Journey

April 1st is the first Sunday of the month and therefore our Fellowship Sunday where all ages worship together.  Please refer to the Sunday Service descriptions and join us as we celebrate the Fool, on the path of wonder and discovery.

All ages potluck to follow.  All are welcome!

Sunday March 25th R for Racism

What is Racism?  Why do we see it so much?  What causes the colour of our skin, hair and eyes to be different.  The children will take on this tough topic by exploring the structure of DNA, listening to popular songs, interactive games and discussion.

Children’s Program – The Letter Q – Asking Questions…

10:00 am – Multi-Age activities that talk about why we ask questions and how this is important to our community.

11:15 am – Religious Education classes will explore questioning to greater depth with age-appropriate activities.

Sunday March 11th P for People

Our Sunday topic, from Oxfam’s Globe in a Box is People – the world is full of diverse cultures, races, languages, religions and… people!  This  morning we will take some learning from the book “All the World is a Village” and explore the differences and similarities of people around the world.

Feb 19 – Nutrition – Do you know the four main groups of food? How do we make choices about what we eat? Let’s grow by exploring new foods together!
