We welcome community rental(s) for weddings, memorials, concerts, meetings, etc. of our spaces when available.
Coburn Hall - Sanctuary
Our Upper hall – Sanctuary – maximum seating is 140. We have cushioned lumbar support chairs, that can easily be moved and placed into a variety of seating configurations.
We have an upright grand piano, a pipe organ a sound system and portable projection screen.

Entrance - Lounge Area
The lounge area seats approx. 30 people, and/or is a stand up reception area for 40 or so. The lounge area has a kitchenette for refreshments with coffee/tea urns.
Main Floor Meeting Room
The Main floor meeting room has room for 25 seated, flip charts are available for business meetings.
Lower Hall
The Lower Hall can accommodate 90 seated at banquet tables. Banquet tables and chairs are available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and two stoves.
BUILDING RENTAL RATES
All rental rates are based on a single maximum 4 hour use session per day.

Rates for multiple successive booking(s) are available upon request.
At time of rental-booking a non-refundable cancellation deposit of 10% of total booking cost is required, along with a Security deposit of $80.00.
All Rentals are at the discretion of the Building Administrator and/or the Property Chair.
