Exploring Unitaranism

Are you interested in learning more about Unitarianism and the Unitarian Congregation of Saskatoon? Get an overview of our history, our theology, and the structure and culture of our congregation. Come see where you fit in. Recommended for those considering becoming a friend or member. Long term members are welcome to come, meet our newcomers, and brush up on their own understanding of Unitarianism.

Session 1: Exploring Where You Belong: This session will give you an opportunity to share your hopes and dreams for the kind of religious community you’d like to belong to. What are the special gifts you bring that you would like to contribute? Let’s get to know one another a little.
Session 2: Exploring Our UU Roots: Join us for a lively overview of UU history: key people, events and theological themes. If we don’t have a creed and a specific set of beliefs, who are we? Newcomers,
Friends, New Members and Seasoned Veterans are invited to come and use our history as a vehicle for exploring who we are and what binds us together.
Session 3: Exploring the Unitarian Congregation of Saskatoon: What is our mission and vision? Meet some of our committee chairs and find out how we do things here. How can you have some fun,
get to know people, and begin to find your place among us?
